Venezia Construction is able to manage projects where outside contractors perform the work. We use local, licensed contractors to perform such services as painting, floor covering, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. All subcontractors are required to carry liability and workers’ compensation insurance coverage. Proof of coverage is reviewed for each contractor prior to initial contract award and as necessary for subsequent awards. One of our larger projects utilizing subcontractors and our own workforce was the interior modification of building 18 at Moffett Field for The Girvan Institute.
